Our exercise room has treadmills, elipticals, a stationary bike along with free weights and a Nautilus type system.  The exercise room is available to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Each primary member is provided with a full length locker for equipment storage.  Towels are provided.  

The women's locker room was renovated in 2016.  The men's locker room is equipped with a sauna.
